3. Free Discovery Call
We offer a free 30-minute discovery call to new clients. This call allows us to discuss your business needs and see how we can assist you. There is no obligation to engage further after this call.
4. Service Engagement & Approval
If you wish to proceed with our services following the discovery call, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work and associated fees. Each service must be explicitly approved by you before we proceed. We will not begin any chargeable work without your consent, and any changes or additions to the services will require further approval.
5. Fees and Payment
We generally require upfront payment for our services. The fees for each service will be clearly outlined in our proposal. Payment must be made before the service begins. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
6. Capacity Management & Waitlist
Our services are offered on a capacity-managed basis. If our schedule is full, you may choose to join our waitlist. We will communicate a time frame for when you can come on board, and you will need to confirm within this period to secure your spot.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We do not charge cancellation fees. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule. Free discovery calls can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
